Custom cakes, baked to order for all occasions. Sponge and frosting/ filling are of your choice eg chocolate, vanilla, oreo, white chocolate, caramel etc. Ingredients are sugar, flour,eggs, milk, butter and baking powder for the sponge and icing sugar and butter for the frosting. The frosting can be either swiss meringue or American buttercream, with egg whites being the additional ingredient in swiss meringue. The cake will be decorated according to your occasion eg children's birthday and you can either choose a theme, or request a particular design / colours etc of your choice or I can design something for you. All cakes are nut free. The price per person means 8 chf per slice for a basic 2 layer vanilla flavoured and iced cake. Final price depends on your individual order but as an example a 3 layered 6 inch vanilla buttercream decorated cake which will serve a minimum of 12 people costs 75 chf , to pick up .Delivery within 10 km will be an extra 10 chf.
