Intellectual Property Rights
Effective July 1st, 2020
To place
a complaint related to your Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), you should be
registered as a buyer or a seller.
All
users generate content on Talentazo (e.g., offers, reviews, and comments) and
have the right to report a breach to IPR. While processing an IPR report, send
a proof of your copyrights, patent, design rights, or trademark ownership,
including a copy of your certificate. In such an allegation include a reference
(e.g., a URL or link). Your submission will be linked to your personal account
and can be carried out through our report form.
Be aware
that if any allegation is not genuine, you will be held liable for costs of
attorney and damages. Talentazo takes these accusations very seriously. Those
who fabricate a claim may be suspended from the Site.
IPR Claim
Every time an IPR claim is reported, this one
is studied and processed. The report should state that a user committed a
violation against a copyright or trademark ownership. Every user has the right
to send a counterclaim to such an allegation. To do so, users can get in
contact with us through our report form. A
proof should be sent to demonstrate that no violation is being committed.
Disputes are handled by arbitration following
the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration
Institution. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat of the
arbitration shall be Basel, Switzerland. The arbitral proceedings shall be
conducted in English.
