“OUT OF THE BOX” was born out of our passion for healthy and homemade food - and the joy of sharing this passion with our family and friends. We create delicious and homemade Brunch Boxes, Lunch Boxes and Apero Boxes with regional products, without food additives, mainly from biological sources and in cooperation with local providers. Our packaging was designed with respect to our environment and special emphasis on sustainability. Who are we ? Anjum Amirtham Artist, foodie, caterer and owner of "my Ayurveda" ... has lived in Altendorf for 29 years and delights her customers with homemade cake creations and mouth-watering Indian food. She believes that eating is an important ritual in our society because it nourishes our body AND our mind. To sit down at the table with delicious homemade food delights our soul. It is important for Anjum to use local and seasonal products to create a healthy “OUT OF THE BOX” experience. Melanie Bersch Globetrotter, gourmet, nutritionist and owner of "Health Philosophy" ... spent a few years in Singapore and settled in Altendorf with her family in 2020. She believes that the right mix of health, joy and curiosity counts - in life and in food. Melanie's main goal is to provide all “OUT OF THE BOX” customers an easy access to a enjoyable and healthy lifestyle.
